I have 2 problems:
1) linkedin_nl@cs.linkedin.com does not help me, it 'restricted' my account, it refuses to explain why and it totaly does not comply with EU law

2) Persona never approves my modern Dutch id with NFC chip.  After scanning it always says: 'could not verify your document'. It did not succeed with Samsung A33, and not with newer S25.

THere is really a bug with Persona. support@withpersona.com blames linkedin. No help there either.

Is there a possibility I can send you by email copies of my id, front and back, approved by a notary?

For my leads and clients, I am totally dependent on linkedin, and now I am shut out since 18 August 2025

I find linked_nl@cs.linkedin.com totally unhelpful. Before starting a lawsuit, I am now attempting to reach people with IQ over 100 to understand my problem and help me out.


Can you reply within 48 hours? I am missing leads and contacts, and in a lawsuit I would hold linkedin liable for these losses.

Attached you find my id, front and backside (because Persona is never working - see also reddit, such is the case with many people)
